摘　　要：在实验教学中心模式下,要重视实验技术队伍的建设,转变对实验技术队伍的管理理念,本文提出了淡化实验技术人员与教师的身份界限,建立较为平等的工作待遇和激励机制,安排有条件的实验技术人员参与指导实验,吸引优秀硕士毕业生进入实验技术队伍等实验技术队伍的管理创新模式。The construction of laboratory technical team should be paid great attention to, and management concept should be transformed under the mode of experimental teaching center. Relatively equal work treatment and stimulating mechanism should be established while the status difference between laboratory technicians and teachers is diminished gradually. University should arrange qualified laboratory technicians to direct experiments, and attract the excellent master graduates to enter laboratory technical team.
