摘　　要：对研究生招生管理引入数据挖掘技术进行了探讨,分析了研究生招生单位招生管理和决策的需求,提出可行的数据挖掘实施方案,并通过具体实例应用研究来验证可行性,为研究生招生管理提供有效的科学决策方法。the application of data mining in graduate recruiting management is discussed. The executive project is designed by fully understanding the demand of recruit management and determination. The designed project is verified its feasibility through some examples. The research results present that it can discover much potential useful information to assist the graduate recruitment management and decision.
