摘　　要：目的探讨结肠、直肠癌术后围化疗期患者胃肠外营养与自我效能水平的相关性。方法106例结肠癌和直肠癌术后围化疗期患者,根据临床分期及疗程分为观察组及对照组各53例;采用描述性研究,用健康促进策略量表进行自我效能水平测评,了解患者积极态度、减轻压力、做出决策的分值与胃肠外营养的关系。结果结肠、直肠癌术后围化疗期实行胃肠外营养患者的自我效能分高于对照组,自我效能总分及各维度得分均呈正相关。结论结肠、直肠癌术后围化疗期进行合理胃肠外营养,可以提高患者的自我效能水平。Objective To study the correlation between parenteral nutrition and self--efficiency level for patients in peri --chemotherapy period after colon and rectum cancer surgery. Method Divide 106 patients in peri--chemotherapy period af- ter surgery into observation group and control group equally according to clinical stage and course. Study the relation be- tween patients＇ positive attitude, stress relieving, decision making score and parenteral nutrition by descriptive study. In- vestigate self--efficiency level by Health Improvement Strategy Scale. Result There is positive correlation between the total score of patients in peri--chemotherapy period after surgery and scores in each dimension. Conclusion Proper parenteral nu- trition in peri--chemotherapy period after surgery can improve patients＇ self--efficiency level.
