摘 要:文章采用有限单元法,对同一管路在不同进口油温和交替输送情况下轴向温降随时间的变化情况进行了数值模拟,并以此为依据,对比分析了入口温度对沿线的温度影响情况,结果表明由于冷热界面之间以及热油介质与土壤之间的热传导作用,稳定输送热油介质时形成的土壤温度场对后续冷油的加热作用明显,冷油形成的温度场对热油也有一定的影响,结果比较符合实际。可以看出,顺序输送冷热油不仅可以保障管道安全运行,而且可以节约大量能源。The present paper, employing finite element method, makes the numerical simulation on the change of axial oil temperature with the change of time under the condition of different inlet oil temperature and batch pipelining, based on which, makes a comparative analysis of the effect of inlet temperature on the axial temperature and concludes that due to the heat conduction between cold and hot oil interface and between hot oil medium and soil temperature field,the soil temperature field in the process of hot oil transportation heats the cold oil obviously and the temperature field formed by cold oil has some effect on the hot oil. It indicates that the hot and cold oil will not only ensure the safety pipeline operation, but also save mueh energy.
