摘　　要：目的研究马鞍山市公共场所被动吸烟现况,为制定被动吸烟控制策略提供依据。方法使用公共场所吸烟状况记录表,现场观察公共场所吸烟状况;使用调查问卷,调查居民、学生被动吸烟相关知识、态度、行为。结果成人在1w内被动吸烟占87.00%,对被动吸烟态度较为宽容。表示可以在家里被动吸烟者占65.50%,可以在娱乐场所吸烟者占73.00%。赞成在医院、学校、办公室、公共交通工具全部或部分禁烟分别占98.00%、96.50%、94.50%、97.50%。学生在学校见过老师吸烟者占69.5%。赞同在公共场所禁烟者仅有52%。结论马鞍山市被动吸烟率较高,控烟工作任重而道远,加强公共场所被动吸烟危害的宣传十分必要。Objective To investigate the passive smoking status among adults and adolescents and to provide the scientific basis for developing intervention strategies. Method： The questionnaires for adults and students were used in an epidemiological survey to collect smoking related information of 200 students and 200 adults. Results ＇ Cigarette smoking was heavily epidemic in adults. Of the investigated adults, there were 131165.50% ） persons suffering passive smoking in their family, 146（73.00% ） persons in public place of entertainment, among which passive smokers accounted for 87% in a week. There was a higher score for the belief related to the smoking and health in adults, the percentage of approving of pro- hibition smoking in hospital was 98.00%, 96.50% in school, 94.50% in office and 97.50% in public traffic instrument. Smoking was not heavily in students. Of all students, who suffered the passive smoking （ 78.50% ） were due to their fathers. Prevalence of trying smoker was 44.14% for male and 13.48% for female. The prevalence of smoking in male was higher than that in female and there was a significant statistics difference between them （Х^2 = 21.91 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Of then, only 52% agreed on no - smoking in public spaces. Conclusion Smoking was quite common in this city. The measures for tobacco control and education on the harm of the passive smoking in public space should be taken.
