摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对山东省优秀运动员的发展现状和需求情况进行了深入的研究.明确了优秀运动员的发展战略目标与任务,提出了优秀运动员人才发展的对策与措施,期望能为山东省竞技体育人才的培养和管理提供参考,从而使更多的优秀运动员脱颖而出,推动山东省竞技体育事业不断前进.By means of documentary, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics, this paper made a deeply analysis on current condition and demand situation of the elite athletes of Shandong Province. It cleared about the strategic target and tasks and came up with countermeasures of the development in elite athletes so as to provide the reference for rising and managing elite athletes of our province, to enable more elite athletes to excel and to promote Shandong Province＇s athletic sports onwards.
