摘　　要：农村的信息化为新农村建设提供了必要的动力支持。通过信息化,农业将实现集约化经营,从而分流出劳动力、资金和土地,用以发展非农产业,特别是乡镇企业的复兴和农村服务业的发展,还有助于离土不离乡,消化农村剩余劳动力,加快城市化进程,推进社会主义新农村建设。首先阐述了加强新农村信息化建设的重要性,分析了目前新农村信息化建设中存在的问题,并从不同角度提出了加强新农村信息化建设的具体对策。Informatization has provided essential aid for new rural construction, through which, the agriculture will realize intensified management. Thus, the labor force, fund and land will be divided to further the new rural construction such as developing non-agriculture industry, reviving the enterprises and services. After expatiating its importance and analyzing the existing problems we proposed the countermeasure on how to reinforce the rural informatization construction.
