摘　　要：系统地阐述了化工科技档案的属性、保存价值和利用价值以及档案价值表现形式、实现条件和手段。并讨论了深入研究档案价值的理论意义和促进档案事业发展对建设社会主义物质文明、精神文明的重要作用。This paper elaborates the attribution, reservation value and utilization value of chemical technology archives, and illustrates value performance mode, achievement condition and achievement method of archives. Then it discusses the theoretical value of deeply analyzing the archive value, and the important effect which boosting the development of archive work affects material civilization and spiritual civilization of socialist.
