摘　　要：高校核心竞争力系统的各形成要素并非平面分布,而具有明显的层次结构:科研、人才培养和社会服务等职能要素直接体现核心竞争力,是系统的表层结构;制度、管理等组织要素起到指导和协调作用,是系统的中层结构;理念、学术氛围等文化要素则是推动系统稳态运行和持续发展的序参量,是系统的深层结构。Because elements own different characteristics, functions and values, and each element is not of plane distribution, university＇s core competence system has obvious hierarchical structure： the surface structure of the system- scientific research, personnel training, social services and other functional elements that directly reflect the core competence; the middle layer structure of this system- institution, management and other organizational elements that play the role of guidance and coordination; the deep structure of the system- idea, academic atmosphere and other cultural elements that are the order parameter promoting the steady operation and sustainable development of the system.
