摘 要:实际工件的轮廓信号可以用傅立叶级数来逼近,应用滤波技术可以分离出所需要的频率成份。在GPS算子技术中,滤波操作直接受到提取操作的影响,它们之间的关系可以通过滤波截止波长与提取最大采样间隔来体现。以圆度误差评定为例,分析了滤波截止波长的变化对测量结果的影响,得出了滤波与拟合、评估之间的关系。据此,给出了形位误差评定时选取滤波截止波长的几条原则。The part profile's signal can be approached with a Fourier series, and the frequency ingredient need can be separated by the filtrating technology. In the GPS operation, the extraction directly influences on the filtration, the relationship of them can be manifested with the filter cut-off and the largest sampling interval of extraction. Taking roundness error evaluation as an example, the impacts of change of filter cut-off on the measurement results were analyzed, the relationships among the filtration, fitting and evaluation were obtained. Based on the relationships, some principles for selection of filter cut - off were presented.
