摘　　要：信阳茶业经过多年的发展成为信阳社会经济发展的支柱产业,但是其发展存在双重机构的同时管理、茶叶科技投入不足等问题。有鉴于此,应该抓好无性系茶树良种的选育与引进,大力发展有机茶和无公害茶,才是信阳毛尖的突围之路。Xinyang tea industry has been a pillar industry after years of development of development of Xinyang. But there have been existence of simultaneous management for dual institutes as well as inadequate investment in science and technology of tea industry. In view of this,the breakthrough of Xinyang maojian will achieve by taking pains to the breeding and introduction of tea clones and greatly develop organic tea and non-polluted tea.
