摘　　要：结合成都地铁工程实例,从盾构到站、盾构的拆解、盾构主要部件的运输和下井组装及盾构的调试,再次始发等主要工序方面,详细介绍了盾构转场的施工技术,指出盾构机在文武路站顺利转场取决于方案的可行性和洞门处采用的新工艺。Combining Chengdu subway project, the paper introduces transition skill of shield machine from following aspects, draw in of the shield machine, unweaving of the shield machine, transportation of main parts, installation in the weft, restarting and so on. It points out that feasibility of the plan and adopting new technology result that the machine could be transited smoothly.
