市域综合交通规划的特点与技术思路探讨——以杭州为例

摘　　要：市域综合交通规划与城市综合交通规划有很大的差别,不能完全套用传统的城市交通规划方法。在对市域综合交通规划的特点和难点进行剖析的基础上,杭州市确立了以交通发展促进城乡统筹、区域统筹和城市空间拓展的规划目标,以市域整体发展为依据,完善和提升重大交通设施功能,构建市域综合交通框架,利用综合交通枢纽实现交通一体化和网络结构优化。The use of traditional urban transportation planning strategies is limited by current municipal conditions. Hangzhou established its urban-rural development goals based on a transportation development framework that was derived from analyses of its municipal transportation system＇s challenges and characteristics. Transportation development will be integrated with municipal development through the establishment of a comprehensive transportation framework, upgraded network, and improved transportation facilities.
