摘　　要：介绍了RL-100/RL-200柔软剂在改善腈纶纤维柔软性上的应用,通过实验讨论了柔软剂含量、柔软剂添加工艺、纤维定型温度、纤维含油率等工艺参数的变化对超柔软腈纶纤维质量的影响,对工业化生产相关技术参数的确定提供了参考。This paper introduced the application of RL - 100/RL -200 soft agent on improving softness of acrylic fiber, discussed the change of processing parameters as soft agent content, dosing process of soft agent, fiber temperature, oil rate of fiber on the quality of super soft acrylic fiber through experiments, which provided reference for determination of the related parameters in commercial application.
