摘  要:为解决钻探设备关键零部件磨损失效和寿命短的难题,制备新型高耐磨低成本先进陶瓷材料具有重要的科学价值。以Si,Si3N4,Al2O3,AlN和SiC等为原料,通过氮化反应烧结制备Sialon-SiC复相耐磨陶瓷材料,其主要物相为β-Sialon和α-SiC,其中β-Sialon晶粒呈长柱状。加入30%细颗粒SiC可显著提高Sialon-SiC复相陶瓷液固冲蚀磨损性能。SiC细颗粒的"阴影效应"能够保护背向冲蚀面的基体相免受冲蚀破坏。Sialon-SiC复相陶瓷的液固冲蚀磨损主要表现为材料内的气孔边缘、缺陷区域和基体的凿削和切削。The preparation of advanced wear resistant ceramic composites with high performance and low cost is of important scientific value to solv the challenge of wear-out failure and short life of key drilling components is of Significance. SiMon-SiC ceramic composites were successfully prepared by nitriding-reaction sintering using Si, Si3N4 , Al2O3 , AIN powders and SiC particles as raw materials, whose main phases are β-Sialon and α-SiC, with β-Sialon crystals being rod-like. The erosion wear resistance of Sialon-SiC ceramic composite in solid-liquid two-phase flow can be remarkably improved by adding 30% SiC fine particles, whose "shadowing effect" can protect the matrix back-facing the erosion surface from erosion failure. The solid-liquid erosion wear of this composite mainly occurs in chiseling and cutting of its pore edges, weak spots and matrix
