摘 要:在高含H2S和CO2共存的气田深井中,为了既保证生产气井井底不积水,又要保证气井在生产过程中管柱不发生冲蚀;实现低成本高效地开发酸性气田,保证气井安全生产,必须对气井井下管柱进行优化。以徐深气田气井为例,在给定的生产条件下,采用73.0mm×850m+60.3mm×2880m组合油管柱和73.0mm单级油管柱都不会有天然气水合物生成;采用组合油管柱比采用73.0mm单级油管柱更不容易生成天然气水合物,说明采用两级或两级以上不同尺寸的组合油管柱在高含二氧化碳和高含硫化氢气田气井中具有更大的优越性。该方法对低成本高效地开发酸性气田具有重要的参考价值。It is necessary to adopt optimal tubing string configuration in gas wells with high content of H2S and CO2 in order to ensure no water accumulation downhole during production,no erosion to downhole strings during production,low cost and effective development of sour gas fields as well as safe production of gas wells. Taking gas wells in the Xushen gas field as examples,either the combined tubing string as Φ73.0 mm×850 m+Φ60.3 mm×2880 m or single Φ73.0 mm tubing string being used will not result in formation of natural gas hydrates. However,it is more seldom to produce natural gas hydrates if the combined string used rather than the single tubing size string. So the combined tubing string with tubing sizes of 2 or over 2 is more advantageous for application in gas wells with high content of H2S and CO2. It is significant for low cost and effective development of sour gas fields.
