摘 要:普光气田高含H2S和CO2,套管变形井井深、产层套管钢级高、套管壁厚,套管修复难度大,直接影响到后期增产作业和开发措施的实施。为此,提出采用套管滚压整形修复技术来实现套管变形井的投产。通过普光302井现场应用实例,介绍了滚压整形技术原理和施工工艺过程,提出了套管滚压整形胀头选择的建议:①胀头型号应根据套管变形程度进行从小到大的选择;在自然状态下,滚珠当量圆直径(遇阻直径)应大于整形套管内径4~6mm,即一次整形量应控制在4~6mm,依次渐进达到整形要求;②依据多次整形数值分析,套管挤压变形后的回弹量为1.0~1.5mm。对于不同钢级和壁厚的套管,整形量设计时,一次整形量应稍大于套管材质的弹性形变量。实践证明该技术具有对钻柱强度要求低、整形阻力小、对整形钻具和套管损伤小,是一种新型的套管整形技术。There is high content of H2S and CO2 in Puguang gas field. And the deformed casings were located deep downhole,the production casings were high in steel grade and thick,it was hard to reshape to normal,which would adversely affect the later stimulation and execution of development program. In this paper it is recommended to adopt rolling reshaping technology to recover the production out of the wells with deformed casings. By taking the well Puguang 302 as an example,the principle and the procedures of rolling reshaping are introduced,and the method for selection of expanding heads for rolling reshaping is suggested as follows:a. the expanding head should be selected according to the casing deformation degree from small to large and under the normal conditions,the equivalence circle diameter of the rolling beads (no-go diameter) should be 4 -6 mm larger than the ID of the casing to be reshaped,namely reshaping should be controlled at 4 -6 mm each time,and be increased gradually to the reshaping size; b. based on the data analysis of many reshaping operations,the resilience after reshaping is 1.0 -1.5 mm. So the designed value for each reshaping should be a little larger than the elastic strain of the casing steel. The field results show this new technology has advantages as lower requirements for working strength of drill string,less reshaping resistance,little damage to drill tools and casing.
