摘　　要：强制许可制度是对专利权进行限制的一种制度安排.借助于产业博弈模型进行分析,从经济学角度指出适用该制度的理由在于提高资源的配置效率.The compulsory license system is an institutional arrangement of limitation to the patent system. With the analysis of compulsory license system based on industrial gambling, from the economic perspective, the author points out that the reason this system is suitable owns to enhancing the dispositional effects of the resources.
