摘　　要：分析了计算机基础教学中普遍存在的问题,针对存在的问题,在教学理念、教学方法、教学模式等方面进行的教学改革.在教学中贯穿了以学生为主体、教师为主导、练习为主线的教学理念,建立了理论教学与实验教学相结合,课堂教学与网络自学相结合,课内与课外相结合的模式,实现了作业、实验和考试无纸化操作.实践表明:《计算机基础课》教学质量的明显提高.Ubiquitous problems arising from the BCC （Basic Computer Courses） teaching practice are subjected to analysis, based on which relevant solutions concening the teaching reform in terms of teaching ideas, methodology, and teaching mode are thus put forth. The teaching ideaology of ＂the students as the mainstay; the teacher＇s playing the role of guiding and practice as the basis＂ are nicely integrated in the teaching process. And a teaching model which is characterized by ＂the combination of theory teaching with experiment teaching; classroom teaching with network-based autonomous learning, in-class teaching with out-ofclass teaching＂ is brought into practice. This helps realize the paperless operation in handling exercises, experiments and tests. Practice has proved that obvious progress is made in term of the quality of teaching BCC.
