摘　　要：在认真分析国家现有法律法规、国家标准、行业管理部门规章及浙江省货运企业统计数据基础上,结合各类专家的工作经验,确定了浙江省货运企业的安全评价指标体系.选用指数标度的改进层次分析法与模糊综合评价相结合的方法进行评价,最后选择浙江省具体企业进行实例验证.结果证明,将模糊综合评价方法引入浙江省货运企业进行安全评价同样具有很好的适应性,但是在指标及权重确定方面,与客运企业的安全评价存在着较大的差异性,该方法可以为行业管理部门进行安全监管提供技术支持.A safety evaluation index system for road freight enterprises is established based on the analysis of specialists＇ opinion, relevant laws, data according to Zhejiang province. AHP method combined with fuzzy in the national standard, regulations of administrative authority and statistical The evaluation is carried out by adopting the exponent scale of improved tegrated method. Then the system is applied to the evaluation of operating safety of actual enterprises. It is proved that this method can be used as the technical support for safety supervisors to reinforce the road safety management, and it still has good adaptability and instructional significance for other enterprises. But, there are still some differences in the evaluation index and corresponding ration compared with the safety evaluation of road passenger enterprises.
