摘 要:灰色理论所需建模数据量较少,为解决小样本、贫信息的不确定性问题,将灰色系统理论引入机构的运动可靠性评估.首先提出了机构的灰色可靠性概念,并建立了机构的灰色可靠性模型.然后从机构运动条件和运动精度的极限状态方程出发,推导了灰色可靠度计算公式,并应用于实际机构的可靠性分析.算例分析表明:机构灰色可靠性模型可行有效,所得结果可信.The data number needed for grey model building is fewer, and those small sample copy and poor information uncertainty problem can be easily solved by grey theory. So the grey system theory and method are applied to the mechanism motion reliability research. At first, the conception of grey reliability on mechanism movement was presented and a grey reliability model of mechanism was established. From the limiting condition functions of kinematic requisition and accuracy, the computing formulae of grey reliability were derived, Finally, the method was applied to the motion reliability assessment of practical mechanisms. Result shows that the method is feasible and the model is reasonable.
