摘 要:采用一步碱化后处理法制备1,3-双[(三羟甲基)甲基氨基]丙烷,探讨了直接碱化pH值对产品转化率的影响及从副产物中回收原料的方法。实验结果表明,碱化pH值为11.0时,所得产品品质和相对含量较高。在原料回收实验中,pH值为10.1~11.2时,原料回收率为89.4%。此外,采用高效液相色谱、电子显微镜等方法对BTP进行了表征。1,3-Bis[tris(hydroxymethyl)methylamino] propane was synthesized by one-step alkalization in post-processing method. The effect of pH value in direct alkalization on the yield of BTP and the method of raw material recovery from by-product were discussed. The experimental results showed that when the pH was about 11.0, the quantity and quality of the product were higher. In the recovery of raw material experiment, the suitable pH was about 10.1-11.2. The raw materials recovery rate was 89. 4 percent. Besides, the structure and crystal of BTP were characterized by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and microscopic analysis.
