摘 要:京沪高速铁路南京大胜关长江大桥钢梁孔跨布置为2联(84+84)m连续钢桁梁和(108+192+336+336+192+108)m六跨连续钢桁拱。钢梁采用3片主桁结构,结构体系新,技术标准高,架设难度大。采用钢梁双悬臂架设、多点跨中合龙的技术。主跨钢梁采用双悬臂架设,主墩墩旁托架和钢梁临时固结,6号、8号主墩设吊索塔架,7号主墩钢梁设临时平索,钢梁先两侧192 m边跨合龙,再两孔336 m主跨合龙。介绍钢梁架设的关键技术和主要架设过程。The span arrangement for the steel girders of Nanjing Dashengguan Changjiang River Bridge on Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway is of two units of (84+84) m continuous steel truss girders and six spans of (108 + 192 + 336 + 336 + 192 + 108) m continuous steel truss arches and the steel girders are composed of the triple steel main trusses that are characteristic of the novel structural system, high technical standard and challenging erection. In the erection of the girders, the techniques of the double cantilever erection and multi-point closure at midspans for steel girders have been applied. The girders for the main spans of the Bridge are erected by the double cantilever erection method and the pier-side brackets at the main piers are temporally rigidly fixed with the girders. At the main piers No. 6 and No. 8, the cable bent towers are ar- ranged while at the main pier No. 7, the temporary horizontal cables are used for erection of the girders. For the closure of the steel girders, the 192-m girders at both the side spans will take place first, the two spans of the 336-m girders at the main spans will then. This paper highlights the key techniques and the principal process of erection of the steel girders of the Bridge.
