摘　　要：基于DSP高速率处理器和CMOS图像传感器的汽车碰撞预警系统,主要由视频采集模块、图像处理模块、视频输出模块、语音输出模块组成,用来实现前方碰撞预警、车距监控预警及后车追尾预警这三大功能。该系统改变了传统测距方法,大幅度降低监测成本,提高安全性能,有效地减少了交通事故的发生,在我国具有广泛的应用前景。Advance collision warning system （AWS） is the system based on DSP high-speed processor and CMOS image sensor. The system mainly composed of video acquisition module, image processing module, video output module, and audio output module ; which offers three of the functions; i. e. , collision warnine in the front,spacing monitoring precaution and rear-end collision precaution. It changes the traditional distance measuring method, thus reduces the cost and enhances the safety performance greatly, for decreasing the occurrence of traffic accidents. The system offers broad prospect for different road conditions in our country.
