使用协议宏实现欧姆龙PLC与三菱PLC的通信

摘　　要：协议宏是欧姆龙PLC特有的一种通信功能,通过它可方便地实现欧姆龙与其他厂家PLC之间的通信。介绍了欧姆龙PLC的协议宏功能、三菱PLC的计算机链接通信协议以及这两种不同PLC通信口的连接方式。采用欧姆龙与三菱PLC以及CX-Protocol软件,实现了协议宏的组态。经过实验证明,该方法可靠性高、简单易行、经济实用。Protocol macro is a unique communication function provided by OMROM PLC, with the function communication between OMRON PLC and any PLC from other manufacturers can be implemented. The protocol macro function of OMROM PLC, the computer linkage communication protocol of MITSUBISHI PLC, and the connections between these different PLC communication ports are introduced. The configuration of protocol macro is implemented through adopting OMROM PLC, MITSUBISHI PLC and CX-Protocol software. The experiments verify that the method is highly reliable, simple applicable and economical practicable.
