摘　　要：从涤纶POY纤维工艺特点着手,介绍了高速纺丝对油剂的特殊要求,论述了HDG-2160油剂的研制、性能及应用。研究表明,该油剂的各项性能指标与竹本F-2169性能指标基本相同且优于国内相同产品,能满足高速纺丝的工艺要求,可以推广应用。According to the characteristics of polyester fiber production process, the paper reviewed the special requirements for finishing oils to high-speed spinning and discussed the development, properties and application of PET POY spin finish HDG-2160. The results showed that the performance index of the spin finish was almost equal to the F-2169 and superior to domestic similar products. It could meet the requirements of high-speed spinning.
