摘　　要：详细阐述了"十五"天津数字强震动台网技术系统的组成以及实现台站自动监控、台站数据自动汇集、存储、台站远程控制、烈度速报、强震动数据常规处理、强震动数据共享与服务功能的技术思路与方法。该项目的完成:(1)提高了烈度速报能力和震后应急反应速度;(2)提高了强震动台网管理与运行的自动化水平;(3)突出了强震动观测在防震减灾工作中的作用;(4)锻炼了台网技术人员,为台网的后续发展打下坚实的基础。This paper elaborate the construction of the Tianjin Digital Strong Motion Network System, the technical ideas and the methods to realize the automatic station monitoring ,the data assembling and storing, the station remote controlling ,the intensity rapid reporting, the strong motion record routine processing and the strong motion record shares and services. The contents of the project are as follows ： （ 1 ） improved the ability of intensity rapid reporting and post-earthquake emergency response speed;（2）enhanced strong motion network management and automatic operation level ; （3） highlighted the role of strong motion observation in the work of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction; （4）training the network technical staff and laying a solid foundation of follow-up network development
