摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下微波治疗慢性咽囊炎的临床疗效。方法对26例慢性咽囊炎患者在鼻内镜下采用微波治疗。结果26例患者治疗均获成功,术后平均随访1年,症状消失,鼻咽部创面愈合良好,无复发。结论鼻内镜下微波治疗慢性咽囊炎疗效良好。[Objective] To research the curative effect of microwave therapy for chronic pharyngeal bursitis under nasal endoscope. [Methods] A total of 26 patients with chronic pharyngeal bursitis were treated by destroying the inner pharyngeal cavity with microwave technique under nasal endoscope. [Results] The treatment in all the eases was successful and the surface of the wound recovered well with no recurrence in one-year follow-up visit. [ Conclusion] Treatment of chronic pharyngeal bursitis by microwave technique under nasal endoscope is effective.
