摘  要:研究目的:通过建立"钢轨-扣件-岔枕-道床"无缝道岔群整体有限元计算模型,对客运专线无缝道岔群受力与变形进行研究。提出客运专线无缝道岔群钢轨温度力和位移的计算方法,利用非线性有限元计算程序,计算分析无缝道岔群钢轨温度力和位移。为客运专线车站无缝道岔的设计、施工及养护提供参考。研究结论:无缝道岔群间的相互作用和影响,使其受力与变形远比单组无缝道岔复杂的多,故对其受力与变形不利。建立的无缝道岔群整体有限元计算模型,真实地模拟了无缝道岔之间及道岔钢轨、扣件、岔枕之间的相互作用。采用ANSYS二次开发技术编制的无缝道岔群相互作用非线性有限元程序,可自动完成有限元建模、荷载的施加、方程的求解,提高了计算精度和效率。经对尖轨和心轨位移、道岔钢轨强度、辙叉跟端最大荷载的检算,满足道岔技术条件的要求。Research purposes: This paper studies the stress and deformation of the welded turnout group of passenger dedicated line with the Rail - Fastener - Sleeper - Bed finite element model and offers the calculating method for the temperature force and displacement of welded turnout group with a non - linear finite element program for the purpose of providing the references to the design, construction and maintenance of the welded turnout group of passenger dedicated line. Research conclusions:Because the welded turnout groups interact each other, their stress and deformation are much more complicated than that of the single set of welded turnout, which is unfavorable to the stress and deformation. The finite element model can truly simulate the interaction between turnouts and rail - fastener- sleeper- bed. The non - linear finite element program is made with ANSYS. Use of this technology can automatically establish the finite element model, apply the load, resolve formula and improve the calculation accuracy and efficiency. Through calculations, all the displacements of switch rail and nose rail of the welded turnouts, the strength of turnout rail and the maximal load of frog heel meet the requirements.
