摘  要:使用传统陶瓷烧结工艺制备了(Na0.55K0.45)1-xLixNb1-xSbxO3体系无铅压电陶瓷中偏离两相共存区的0.97(Na0.55K0.45)NbO3-0.03LiSbO3(简记为97KNN-3LS)陶瓷,分析了在不同烧结温度下其结构与电学性能。研究结果表明,当在适当的烧结温度时,该组分陶瓷具有良好的压电与铁电性能,其中,压电常数d33=166pC/N,平面机电耦合系数kp=46.7%,动态电阻R1=63Ω。该体系陶瓷在常温附近具有较高的kp与较低的R1,是一种很有应用前景的无铅压电陶瓷。0. 97 (Na0. 55 K0. 45 ) NbO3-0.03 LiSbO3 (97KNN-3 LS) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics, the composition of which is deviation from the coexistence of the orthorhombic and tetragonal phases of (Na0.55K0.45)1-xLixNb1-xSBxO3system, have been prepared by the conventional mixed oxide method. The microstructure and electrical properties of 97KNN-3LS ceramics were investigated with the influence of sintering temperature. The results of present work indicate that 9?KNN-3LS ceramics with the optimum sintering temperature possess significantly improved piezoelectric properties: piezoelectric constant d33 = 166pC/N, planar electromechanical coupling factors kp=46.7% and motional resistance R1= 63Ω. These results show that the 97KNN-3LS ceramics may be regarded the promising lead-free piezoelectric materials.
