摘 要:在水和正丙醇的混合溶剂体系中水解工业TiOSO4成功制备得到了球形TiO2,制得的二氧化钛具有粒径分布窄、分散性好的优点。对制备得到的TiO2进行XRD、SEM、FT-IR、EDS和TG分析,结果表明溶剂配比和表面活性剂的浓度对制备颗粒的粒径分布窄、分散性有非常大的影响。通过调节焙烧温度可得到纯度较高的不同晶型的TiO2。Spherical titania(TiOz) with narrow size distribution and nice dispersibility have been prepared by hydrolysis of industrial TiOSO4 in the mixed solvent of 1-propanol to de-ionized water (RH). The synthesized powder is characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), FT-infrared spectrum analysis (FTIR), energy dispersive spectrum analysis (EDS) and thermo-gravimetry analysis (TG). The results of the experiments show that the spherical TiO2 with narrow size distribution and nice dispersibility can be obtained at the optimal RH ratio and the optimal surfactant concentration by hydrolysis of industrial TiOSO4. The as-prepared powders have entirely consisted with anatase phase calcined below 600℃ and rutile is the only phase by thermal treatment at 800℃ for 2h.
