摘 要:以溶胶-凝胶法将BaTiO3负载于γ-Al2O3表面,合成出不同BaTiO3质量百分比的复合载体BaTiO3/γ-Al2O3。采用XRD、IR技术对复合载体BaTiO3/γ-Al2O3的结构进行了研究,考察了复合载体负载的镍基催化剂Ni/BaTiO3/γ-Al2O3在CH4-CO2重整反应中的抗积炭和稳定性能。结果表明:BaTiO3粒子以不连续的方式分散在γ-Al2O3的表面,致使原位氢还原后Ni/Ba-TiO3/γ-Al2O3催化剂的供电子强度相对削弱,抑制了CH4-CO2重整过程一氧化碳的歧化反应。Ni/25.4%BaTiO3/γ-Al2O3催化剂在700℃较低重整反应温度下的抗积炭和稳定性能明显优于Ni/BaTiO3和Ni/γ-Al2O3催化剂。A series of BaTiO3/γ-Al2O3 composite supports with different BaTiO3 contents were prepared by sol-gel method and their structures were studied by XRD and IR. The resistance to carbon deposition and the activity stability of the BaTiO3/γ-Al2O3 supported Ni catalysts at lower temperature (700℃) in dry reforming of methane were investigated. The results showed that the Ba- TiO3 particles were not successively dispersed on the surface of γ/-Al2O3, which resulting in the alleviation of electron-donating intensity of the n-type semiconductor supported nickel particles Ni/Ba2+Ti4+1-2x(Ti4+· e)2xO3-x, on the surface of the composite supports after in situ reduction by hydrogen and the suppression of carbon monoxide dispmpertionation, therefore, the BaTiO3/γ-Al2O3 with BaTiO3 mass fraction of 25.4% supported Ni catalyst showed much better carbon deposition resistance and activity stability comparing with Ni/BaTiO3 and Ni/γ-Al2O3 for dry reforming of methane at 700℃.
