摘　　要：文章指出上海金融市场的规模不断扩大,债券市场、股票市场、期货市场、黄金市场的全球影响力也不断上升,上海建设国际金融中心不仅具备诸多优势也面临有利的国际环境;因此应抓住难得的历史性机遇,充分发挥政府政策的引导支持和市场力量的推动创新作用,进一步调动境内外参与者的积极性,不断丰富和完善对内对外服务功能,尽快提高金融业国际化程度,扩大金融业的国际影响,加快推进上海国际金融中心建设,为我国形成参与国际经济竞争和合作的新优势服务。This paper indicates that, with the enhancement of Shanghai＇s financial market, its global influence will gradually be seen in its bond market, stock market, futures market and gold market. Shanghai has many advantages in addition to a favorable international environment to become an international financial center. Therefore, we should seize this historical opportunity and fully exert the functions of governmental policies and market innovations while actively promoting activities from domestic and foreign participants, enriching overall services capability, enhancing the international competitiveness of the financial industry, and enlarging its international influence in order to accelerate the construction of a global financial hub, and to build on China＇s new advantages in international economic competition and cooperation.
