摘　　要：近年来,我国债券市场发展迅速,但公司信用债券的发展相对滞后,借鉴美国债市的发展经验,对公司信用债券进行适当的信用增级能促进公司债乃至整个债券市场的发展。该文探讨了目前我国引入债券保险的可行性及方案选择,指出应重视债券保险开展后的风险防范问题。China＇s bond market has been growing rapidly in recent years, but the development of corporate bonds market lags behind. Based on the experiences of the US bond market, China should promote the development of corporate bonds and the whole bond market by appropriate credit enhancement on corporate credit bonds. This paper analyzes the feasibility of introducing bond insurance in China and the option selection, and points out the importance of risk control after the launch of bond insurance.
