摘　　要：随着高校中一些学院办学层次的逐渐增多,为了协调学院各层次的教学工作,有效整合全院教学资源,对学院教学管理的组织和流程进行相应的创新,本文建议设立教学办公会议,负责统筹和协调各层次教学工作,并设学院教学办公室为常设机构。就教学办公会议和教学办公室的组织结构和工作职能进行了分析,且详细阐述了其中最重要的学院统排课的工作流程,以推进教学管理创新。With the development of the higher education, some schools of the university have more and more education items. This paper discusses teaching management innovation of the organization and working process. It is suggested that some schools should set teaching conference and teaching office in charge of all levels of teaching management of the whole school. It gives the organizational framework and work function of the teaching conference and teaching office. It also gives the suggestion on the detailed working process in arranging courses of the different education items. By doing this, the teaching management can be further innovated.
