摘  要:采集山西省10个煤矿,井下掘进工作面煤样16份,每一煤样提取物分成两份;一份进行亚硝化,另一份为非亚硝化煤样,分别进行Ames试验、SOS显色试验、双核微核试验、大鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变分析试验。结果表明:16份煤样提取物亚硝化后,其中有10种Ames试验、SOS显色试验均为阳性,从10种阳性煤尘中,选1到3种进行染色体畸变分析及双核微核试验,其结果与Ames、SOS显色试验一致,阳性率为625%。试验中发现,煤样中挥发分的含量高,亚硝化提取物呈较深的棕色液体,均有致突变性,而随着颜色的加深其致突变性增强,提示煤尘中挥发分含量可间接反应出煤样中有机物的含量,挥发分高的煤样有机物所占比例较大,经亚硝化后,生成具有致突变作用的亚硝基化合物量相对高,故可表现出强的致突变性。这一发现,可采纳较为简便的测定挥发分的试验,对于致突变性的研究的受试煤样进行初筛。Sixteen coal samples were investigated.Each coal sample extract was divided into two parts:nonnitrosated and nitrosated samples.Ames test,SOS test,doublenuclei micronuclei test,and rat bonemarrow cell chromosome aberration test indicated:among 16 coal extracts,10 were positive in Ames test and SOS test.One,two or three samples from the ten positive extracts were performed by chromosome aberration test and doublenuclei micronuclei test.Positive rate was 62.5%.Tests indicated that high concentration of volatile component and nitrosated extracts which were dark brown liquid were mutagenic.The darker the color,the more mutagenic the extracts,indicating the concentration of volatile component reflects the organic substance contents indirectly.Large concertration volatile was in large proportion,which appeared more mutagenic.This discovery provides a much simpler way to test the dispersible content,which can save large amount of manpower and material resources.
