关于新疆草产业发展的若干思考

摘　　要：畜牧业是新疆的特色产业,促进草产业发展是实现新疆畜牧业发展的突破口。新疆草产业发展至今尚未形成一个完整的产业体系。新疆草产业发展要以建设外向型的草产品物流通道为切入点,以草产品的企业化经营为主线,培育出一批具有较强竞争力的草产品加工企业,把草产业发展与优化草产业的区域布局结合起来,把草产业发展与奶业和肉牛产业化发展结合起来,把草产业发展与实施走出去的战略结合起来,把草产业发展与草地生态置换和牧民的适度定居有机结合起来,走规模化、集约化、企业化、市场化的外向型草产业的发展道路。The animal husbandry is the unique and featured industry in Xinjiang and the promotion of grass industry is only to achieve a breakthrough in the development of animal husbandry in Xinjiang. Grass industry in Xinjiang has not yet formed a complete industrial system. Therefore, the development of grass industry in Xinjiang is considered to build an export-oriented logistics channel for grass products as a starting point, to take the entrepreneurial management of the grass products as the main line, and to develop a number of strongly competitive processing enterprises in this field. Meanwhile, the combination should be taken into consideration between the development of grass industry anal the optimization of its regional distribution, between the development of grass industry and the development of dairy industry and the industrialization of beef cattle, between the development of grass industry and the implementation of ＂Going out＂ strategy, and between the development of grass industry and the replacement of grassland ecosystem and the appropriate settlement of herders, all in all, blazing a path for the development of the scaled, intensive, entrepreneurial, marketed and export-oriented grass industry.
