摘  要:采用开放式呼吸测定系统研究了上海典型绿地13类植物群落的冬季土壤呼吸速率及其影响因子。结果表明:不同植物群落之间的土壤呼吸存在差异,土壤呼吸速率的大小变化趋势为草>乔>灌,其中黑麦草草坪的呼吸速率最高,为1.903±0.311μmol·m-·2s-1。人为干扰或植物生长习性不同影响植物群落的土壤呼吸,而影响植物群落土壤呼吸的环境因子主要有10cm土温、5cm土温、土壤有机质含量、大气CO2浓度和温度,它们与土壤呼吸速率的相关系数分别为0.632、0.389、0.328、0.137和0.135,结构主因子的累积贡献率达77.0%;其中10cm土温是影响植物群落土壤呼吸的主导因子,它与土壤呼吸速率之间呈指数显著正相关。研究城市中不同植物群落的土壤呼吸特征对指导城市绿化和提高城市生态环境质量有借鉴作用。With the open soil respiration system, the soil respiration rates of 13 plant communities in Shanghai typical greenbelts are studied. The results show that the soil respirations are different among different plant communities. In general, the trend of soil respiration rates from larger to small is lawn, tree and shrub. Among the 13 plant communities, the highest rate is 1.903±0.311 μmol·m^-2·s^-1for lolium perenne lawn. The soil respiration is affected by man-made interfered or the growth habit of plants. The main environmental factors that affect soil respiration are soil temperature at 10 cm and 5 cm depths, organic matter content, atmospheric carbon dioxide concentration and temperature. The correlation coefficient between these five factors to soil respiration rate is 0.632, 0.389, 0.328, 0.137 and 0.135, respectively. The cumulative variance contribution ratio of the main components is 77.0%. The soil temperature at 10 cm depth is the main affecting factor and that is correlative exponentially with the soil respiration. The study of soil respiration characteristics of different plant communities has use for guiding urban greening and improving urban ecology and environment.
