摘 要:介绍了淮海战役纪念馆改扩建工程人工挖孔桩基础岩石爆破实践情况。通过对爆破场所所处地理位置、地层岩石性质及岩石风化程度等进行分析,并结合爆破操作要求制定了爆破技术方案。爆破参数中,单位用药系数取为1200~1600g/m^3,药孔布置10个,药孔间距为30—50cm,药孔圈距为20-35cm。药孔深度为1.0—1.2m,总装药量为1.5kg,在爆破过程中,所有装药均采用密实性装药结构,起爆网络采用串联形式。同时通过控制同段起爆的最大药量,采用橡胶轮胎炮被,及时排除炮烟等措施来保证操作安全。此项桩井爆破工程实践所取得的成功经验,对类似工程具有借鉴和推广价值。The practice of blasting of hand-dug pile in enlarging construction of Xuzhou Huaihai Campaign Museum is introduced. Through analyzing the blasting area, rock condition and weathering degree of rock, the blasting technical scheme was designed combining the request of operation. Of all blasting parameters, the powder factor is 1 200 - 1 600 g/m^3 ,total boreholes are ten,the spacing is 30 - 50 cm,the distance of each rings is 20 - 35 cm,the borebole depth is 1.0 - 1.2 m, and the total explosives is 1.5 kg. All the charges are compact structure and initiated in series during blasting. Simultaneously, the safety is ensured by controlling the maximum amount explosives per delay, using rubber tires quilt and removing smoke in time. The successful experience gained in this pile blasting is referential and propagable for similar projects.
