水性薄型热反射隔热保温涂料的研制

摘　　要：通过正交试验设计和自制隔热检测装置确定了最佳实验方案,自制水性薄型热反射隔热保温涂料的性能达到了建筑外表面用热反射隔热涂料标准(JC/T1040—2007)的要求,其中两项关键性能指标太阳反射比(白色)和半球发射率均高于标准要求。With orthogonal design and self-made heat-insulating detecting device, the optimized experiment project was confirmed. The performance of self-made water-borne thin-layer reflective heat insulating coatings reached requirement of JC/T 1040-2007.Two key performance indexes, solar reflectance ratio (white) and hemisphere integrated radiant emittance, were both higher than that of standard requirement.
