株洲公路大桥加固改造的设计方案和施工工艺

摘　　要：株洲大桥是株洲市重要的城市主干道跨江桥梁工程。由于车流量极大,超载现象严重,桥面破损不断维修造成二期恒载增加较多,导致桥梁显著超过原设计荷载控制范围,所以进行加固改造极为必要。介绍了粘贴碳纤维布、增设体外预应力束、裂缝处理的加固设计方案及主要施工工艺。Zhuzhou Bridge is an all-important urban main crossing-river project in Zhuzhou.It is necessary to make strengthening and transformation on the old bridge because of large vehicle flow,serious overloading and surpassing the original bridge load.The strengthening design plan and main construction process of affixing carbon fabric,adding external prestressed tendons and cracks treatment were introduced in this paper.
