摘　　要：本文结合数年来的声乐学习和演唱实践,从生理状态入手进行具体分析,旨在说明使用这种技能过程中所进行的生理控制状态,以及为这种技能的学习使用提供可靠的生理论依据,以利指导我们理解、学习"半声"演唱技能,为更好掌握科学的歌唱方法提供有力的技术支持和理论保障。Through years of learning and performing, the author made further detailed analysis and research on the basis of physical state. The aim is to illustrate the physical control of the body when using this technique and to provide a credible physiological basis for the learning and the using of it. This paper gives us better instructions to understand and learn the ＂mezza voce＂ technique and shows us theoretical and practical tips to master scientific vocal skills.
