摘　　要：发酵工程作为现代生物技术中的4大工程之一,实验课教学有其独特的要求。文章从现有条件和实际情况出发,结合云南大学生命科学学院生物技术专业教学计划,完成了发酵工程实验教学体系的建立,合理安排了实验教学项目,并对其具体实施进行了必要的讨论和论证,为提高发酵工程实验课教学质量提供了必要的理论指导。As one of the four bioengineerings of modern biotechnology, fermentation engineering has its unique didactical requirement. This paper constructs a didactical system for fermentation engineering experiment and arranges the optimal experimental contents based on current experimental equipments and the syllabus of the students of biotechnology of school of life science, Yunnan Universi- ty. This didactical system provides some necessary argumentation and theoretical guidance for operating this didactical system and im- proving the teaching effects of the fermentation engineering experiment.
