舌下变应原特异性免疫疗法治疗儿童过敏性哮喘2种护理方法的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨改进后的舌下变应原特异性免疫疗法治疗儿童过敏性哮喘护理方法的有效性和可操作性。方法选择2007年10月-2008年4月过敏性哮喘息儿100例，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，对照组采用常规护理的方法，观察组在常规护理的基础上进行了改进，重点突出做好患儿及家长认知与行为的干预，提高治疗依从性；对患儿的治疗过程进行全程动态连续性观察，制订个体化健康宣教计划。比较2组患儿治疗依从性、治疗前后儿童哮喘控制测试总分值、治疗前后脉冲振荡（IOS）肺功能检测。结果将2组患儿治疗护理前后的治疗依从性、肺功能检测报告、儿童哮喘控制测试结果经统计处理，观察组均优于对照组。结论舌下变应原特异性免疫疗法配合改进后的护理方法能提高患儿的治疗依从性及使治疗效果更佳。Objective To discuss the validity and the feasibility of modified specific immunotherapy of hypoglossis allergen in the treatment of children allergic asthma. Methods 100 children with allergic asthma were selected from October,2007 to April ,2008 in our hospital and divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group adopted routine method, the observation group made modification based upon routine nursing, placing emphasis on intervention of cognition and behavior of children and their parents, improvement of treatment compliance, whole- process, dynamic and continuous observation of the treatment process, making individualized health education plan. The treatment compliance, total score of asthma control, and pulmonary function examination of impulse oscillation（IOS） were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group was superior to the control group in treatment compliance, pulmonary function examination and the control results of asthma. Conclusions Specific immunotherapy of hypoglossis allergen combined with modified nursing method can increase treatment compliance of children and lead to better results.
