床边纤维支气管镜检查治疗吸入性损伤患者的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨吸入性损伤患者行床边纤维支气管镜检查治疗的护理方法，确保检查顺利和安全。方法对2005—2008年收治的58例吸入性损伤患者行床边纤维支气管镜诊治进行回顾性分析总结。结果3例发生急性呼吸窘迫综合征，3例死于呼吸衰竭，2例死于多器官功能衰竭。余患者经纤维支气管镜吸痰后，呼吸困难、咳嗽等症状明显好转。结论进行纤维支气管镜检查治疗操作时，掌握其术前、术中、术后的护理方法，可以提高临床疗效。Objective To explore the nursing method during bedside fibrobronchoscope to patients with inhalation injury and ensure the safety of the procedures. Methods 58 patients with inhalation injmy with bedside fibrobronchoscope treatment from 2005 to 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 3 cases showed acute respiratory distress syndrome, 3 cases died of respiratory failure, 2 patients died of multiple organ failure, dyspnea, cough symptoms improved in others after sputum aspiration. Conclusions To master the preoperative, intraopemtive, postoperative nursing methods during flbrobronchoscope can improve clinical efficacy.
