摘　　要：目的：研究毛茛科植物芍药（Paeonia lactiflorn Pall．）的去皮干燥根的化学成分。方法：采用各种柱层析方法，对芍药去皮干燥根的乙醇提取物进行化学成分分离，并通过MS、NMR对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果：共分离鉴定了16个化合物，分别为去苯甲酰芍药苷（1），苯甲酰芍药苷（2），没食子酰芍药苷（3），芍药苷（4），芍药内酯苷（5），没食子酸（6），没食子酸甲酯（7），没食子酸乙酯（8），（＋）-儿茶素（9），1，2，3，4，6-五没食子酰葡萄糖（10），N-（2’-羟基二十五碳酰基）-1，3，4-三羟基-2-氨基-8（E）-十八碳烯（11），1-O—β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-（2S，3S，4R，8E）-2-[（2’R）-2’-羟基棕榈酰胺]-8-十八烯-1，3，4-三醇（12），1-O-β—D-吡喃葡萄糖-（2S，3S，4R，8E）-2-[（2’R）-2’-羟基二十四炕酰胺]-8-十八烯-1，3，4-三醇（13），苯甲酸（14），β-胡萝卜苷（15）和β-谷甾醇（16）。结论：化合物11～13为首次从本属植物中分离获得。Objective： To study the chemical constituents of Paeonia lactiflora Pall.. Methods： Varied column chromatographies were used to isolate chemical constituents from the EtOH extract of Radix Paeoniae Alba. The structures were identified by MS, NMR data. Results： Sixteen compounds were isolated and identified as desbenzoylpaeonifiorin （ 1 ）, benzoylpaeoniflorin （ 2 ） , galloylpaeoniflorin （3）, paeoniflorin （ 4 ）, albiflorin （ 5 ）, gallic acid （ 6 ）, methyl gallate （ 7 ）, ethyl gallate （ 8 ）, （ ＋ ）-catechin （9）, 1,2,3,4,6-penta-O-galloyl-D-glucose （10）, （2S,3S,4R,SE）-2-[ （2＇R）-2＇- hydroxypentracosanoylamino ] -8-octadecene-1,3,4-triol （ 11 ）, 1 -O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-（ 2S, 3S, 4R, 8E）-2-[ （2＇R）-2＇-hydroxypalmitoylamino]-8-octadecene-1,3,4-triol（12）, 1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl- （ 2S, 3S, 4R, 8E ） -2- [ （ 2＇ R ） -2＇-hydroxytetracosanamino ] -8-octadecene-1,3,4-triol （ 13 ）, benzoic acid （ 14）, β-daucosterol （ 15）, β-sitosterol （16）. Conclusion ： Compounds 11-13 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
