摘　　要：目的探讨不留无效蒂髂腹股沟超薄皮瓣修复手部皮肤软组织缺损的技术及疗效。方法对20例手部皮肤软组织缺损伴骨关节与肌腱外露的创面用该皮瓣进行修复,面积9 cm×8 cm～16 cm×9 cm。结果本组20例,2例有小面积局部坏死,余全部成活,随访3个月～2年,外观功能满意。结论该皮瓣切取方便,血供可靠,组织利用率高,质地良好,是修复手部皮肤软组织缺损的好方法。Objective To explore the feasibility and method of the use of ultrathin ilioinguinal flap with subdermal vascular network to repair the soft-tissue defects of hand. Methods Since 2003,we have treated 20 patients with the soft-tissue defects of hand, used ultrathin ilioinguinal flap with subdermal vascular network. The areas of flap ranged from9 cm × 8 cm to 16 cm × 9 cm. Results Of all 20 flaps, tow flaps occurred partial necrosis, but other flaps survived successfully. The follow-up ranging from 3 months to 2 years showed that all patients were satisfied with outward appearance and function. Conclusion Since the uhrathin ilioinguinal flap with subdermal vascular network can be obtained easily and be kept sufficient blood-supply, it is an ideal method to repair the soft-tissue defects of hand.
