气管注入固儿苏治疗早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨气管注入固儿苏治疗早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征(RDS)的疗效。方法将90例RDS患儿随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组静脉注射沐舒坦,治疗组气管注入固儿苏。结果经过治疗,两组的各项指标均有显著改善,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善较对照组更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组死亡或放弃治疗5例,治疗组无死亡病例。结论早期采用气管注入固儿苏治疗RDS疗效肯定,能显著降低上呼吸机人数及病死率,无明显不良反应,值得推广应用,但要掌握好用药的时机及剂量。Objective Discuss tracheal injection curosurf treatment premature infants with respiratory distress syndrome clinical. Methods 90 cases of RDS patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in our hospital, control group patients were used Mucosolvan, treatment group patients were used curosurf. Results After treatment, two groups patients indicators have improved significantly, the difference has statistical significance compared with before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, control group died or abandoned treatment were five cases, treatment group no deaths. Conclusion tracheal injection of solid Su abuse treatment efficacy is sure, early adopters tracheal injection curosurf treatment RDS effiet is sure. ean significantly reduce the number of ventilator use and mortality, no significant adverse reactions, worthy to promotion, but must master the timing and dosage of medication.
