奥瑞姆自理理论对糖尿病病人早期护理干预效果观察

摘　　要：目的运用奥瑞姆的辅助教育系统对糖尿病病人早期护理干预提高自我护理能力。方法将健康查体中发现的糖尿病病人随机抽取200例,按随机的原则分为2组实验组和对照组,对照组病人自行治疗,试验组运用奥瑞姆的辅助教育系统对病人进行早期护理干预,定期组织病人糖尿病知识讲座,提供咨询指导,教育病人不断调整及完善病人的自理能力。结果早期护理干预组病人及家属的护理知识水平和自我管理能力明显高于对照组,急慢性并发症发病率明显降低。结论自理理论可以有效提高病人的自我照顾能力,延缓疾病进展,减少并发症发生,提高患者生活质量。Objective We used Orem education system to Instruct Diabetic Patients Earlier to improve self-care ability.Methods We divided the randomly selected 200 cases who were found suffering from diabetes in Health investigation into two groups experimental group and control group according to the principle of random.The patients of control group treat themselves.In experimental group we apply Orem education system to Instruct Diabetic Patients Earlier.We provide organized seminars of diabetes regularly and counseling and improve continuously the patient＇s self-care adjusting ability.Results The nursing knowledge and self-management capacity of patients and family members in experimental group is significantly higher and the incidence of acute and chronic complications decreased significantly.Conclusion The Orem＇s theory of self-care can effectively improve the patient＇s self-care ability, delay disease progression and reduce complications and improve the quality of life.
