舒洛地特对糖尿病血管病变的影响

摘　　要：舒洛地特是一种天然的糖胺聚糖,主要作用在血管内皮细胞,通过抑制类肝素酶以及转化生长因子(TGF)-β等减少蛋白尿;抑制补体系统的激活,减轻急性心肌梗死后缺血再灌注损伤;促进脂蛋白脂酶活化,降低血脂;活化纤溶系统,降低纤维蛋白的水平,阻止血栓的形成和生长;改善糖尿病患者的脂代谢及血流动力学紊乱,减少心血管事件发生的危险。舒洛地特用于糖尿病血管病变的治疗,可延缓血管病变进程,改善患者的生活质量。Sulodexide is a kind of nature mixed glycosaminoglycans which has the main effect on vascular endothelial cells. It can improve the albuminuria of patients who have diabetic nephropathy through suppressing the activation of heparinases and transforming growth factor-β. It can protect the myocardial cells by suppressing the activation of complement system when isehemia-reperfusion injury happens after acute myocardial infarction. It also has the effects of reducing the lipid by lipoprotein lipase activation and correcting the disorders of lipid and hemodynamics in diabetics. By using this drug in the treatment of diabetic angiopathies, we can improve the microalbuminuria, and reduce the risk of the cardiovascular events, and postpone the development of the disease.
